Led Zep SBD just came in over at LL. Here's a copy-and-paste:

Date: February 12, 1975
Title: Keeper Of The Seasons (LLP-0908-002)
Label: Liquid Led
Venue: Madison Square Garden
Location: New York, New York
Source: Soundboard

"We came four blocks in the snow to get here ... you realise that? People were calling me on the telephone today and saying 'Is it gonna be on?' For a minute I wondered about my anatomy, then I realised there was some discrepancy about the weather. Isn't it good though that it snows? Doesn't it change the vibe of the city? I think it's great! So we'll dedicate this to the Keeper Of The Seasons"
-Robert Plant

Disc 1
1. Rock and Roll (4:23)
2. Sick Again (6:36)
3. Over The Hills and Far Away (9:06)
4. In My Time of Dying (12:14)
5. The Song Remains The Same (5:30)
6. The Rain Song (9:17)
7. Kashmir (8:22)

Disc 2
1. No Quarter (19:49)
2. Trampled Under Foot (9:11)
3. Moby Dick (20:26)

Disc 3
1. Dazed and Confused (34:42)
2. Stairway To Heaven (12:47)
3. Whole Lotta Love - Black Dog (7:56)
4. Heartbreaker (10:41)

Total Time: 2hrs. 51min

Review:
The band is in excellent form and delivers a great show. Robert sounds good and strong, Jonesy and Bonzo are amazing as always, and Jimmy is incendiary tonight, especially at the end of Sick Again. He extends the solo in Over The Hills And Far Away to an incredible length and soars. No Quarter is dedicated to Jones that "...made Monthy Python's Flying Circus a flop in New York" tonight and his imppecably clean fingernails. Moby Dick is like a hurricane and Dazed And Confused just blows everybody out to the cosmic level! A bunch of heavy solid encores with an excellent Heartbreaker with some lyrics of Elvis Presley's That's Alright Mama thrown in closing this amazing eveing. This is definitely a triumph for the entire band and, not only a strong concert but also probably the best from the 1975 US Tour.

I have this one. I bought it from a guy on the street in Berkeley for a reasonable price. And a Nirvana one too. I don't feel guilty buying bootlegs from bands that don't release stuff ( unlike the GD ). It's all about wanting to appreciate the music right?

I don't think it's the best show of the tour though.I also think 77 was a better tour.

JOTS: Just curious: which '75 show do you think is better? Because I'm "on the hunt!" (to quote Skynyrd) :)

I need to check on what I have to make sure I'm not confusing 77 with 75.There's one called the Dragon snake from Housten that I think is better, and LA forum one with incredible Bonham ferocity. Apparently the night before he was sick so came back the next night with a vengeance. Come to think of it, I think, don't count that one because they opened with the Song Remains the Same, that makes it 77. Sorry.

Dang, now I'm confused ( but not Dazed ).

Well, I THOUGHT I had a show from the '77 tour, turns out it's a '79 (Stockholm). So, any '77 recs would be welcome too... I'm looking for a killa live version of "Nobody's Fault But Mine," for instance.

I used to have a copy of the boomy sounding Audience of " the Destoyer" ( chich is Cleveland or Chicago 77 I forget ) and it's light years a better performance that the widely circulated better sounding SBD from the night before.

Traders Den is a great resource for Zeppelin shows ( among others ). The only problem I have is the fact that often there are a bunch of seeders but ZERO leeches which makes it impossible to get a good ratio. I stopped going there because I know I'd end up not being able to resist picking stuff up then I'd be one of these people that everyone hates. That's why I don't go to lossless legs either.

Have had this one for years myself. One of my fav bootlegs. The 'No Quarter' is AMAZING in itself.

If you want a copy, you know my addy.

hey Craven,

Yep the volocano blew last night but I didn't find out about it until my wife and I were driving to work this morning. The ashes blew actually pretty close to us, about a half hour drive north, but there wasn't any fallout where we are or where we work. Hopefully it stays that way.

Is your copy of Destroyer the SBD or AUD from the next night? Either way i'd love to have it because I have the SBD but only on tape. Wait until I can get my sh*t together first with sending your stuff.

glad to hear you didnt get ashed bro. Erupted 5 times?
That sounds like me on a good Saturday night!

The 'destroyer' is and AUD, but very decent.
I would love to hear the SBD, but the tape player went
shortly after the 8-track for me,lol. I will
get you a list together of Zeps I can share/trade, along
with the sound qualities...
and no worries, another package...another time.

And thanks for the heads up Monte. Your posts are always
informative, entertaining, and appreciated.

I have a pretty good quality 4CD set from Earls Court (London)dated 24th May 75. Very similar set to the above except it has no 'Sick Again' or 'Heartbreaker'. Between 'No quarter' and 'Trampled underfoot' there is 'Tangerine, Goung to California, That's the way, and Bron-y-aur stomp'. If find this one it should be safe to buy it.

she's an opportunist witch. I actually bought that she had Alaskan's interests at heart and respected her for going against the grain. That is until she was thrown in the national spotlight and her true self(ish) came out. And look at how she will throw her kids under the bus every chance she gets then cry fowl when it doesn't go her way?

Well, I don't live there, so I don't have your perspective, but I think there was a time when she DID have Alaskan's best interests at heart, she just quickly discarded those views when they became inconvenient (spotlight and $$$ beckoning). Here in Cali we have The Terminator... whoopee.
